Following a brief two-game winning streak, the Golden State Warriors were given a brutal reality check as they were destroyed by the Sacramento Kings in their recent matchup.

Over the past few weeks, the Jimmy Butler trade saga has reached one conclusion: The 35-year-old star wants out. There are a plethora of reasons behind his unhappiness with the team, but they all point to Butler getting traded.
Keeping that in mind, the Warriors could swoop in with a trade proposal. Of course, it would be required to include Kuminga in the deal.
Previously, it was reported that the Dubs had no plan to acquire Butler at the expense of Kuminga, but his recent injury could change their stance.
After all, with Kuminga all set to miss the next 11 games of the season, the Warriors could be out of title contention in the stretch.
Someone of Butler’s caliber and experience could give them a much-needed uplift during this tough time and ultimately force the Dubs to enter a win-now mode.
