Arsenal ‘very serious’ about signing absolute powerhouse worth £43 million
Arsenal remains interested in a move for Ousmane Diomande and are reportedly very serious about getting a transfer deal done in the coming transfer windows.
Over the last few seasons – Mikel Arteta has got this ARSENAL side from challenging for a top six side into challenging for that Premier League title – something that nobody could have predicted.
There is still a lot of speculation surrounding the players that Arteta will look to sign during the next few transfer windows, especially with the rumours that William Saliba is a man that could depart the club at some point with Real Madrid keen.
That has led to some rumours in the media which have claimed that Arsenal have been very interested in signing Diomande – who they were reportedly very interested in signing of the summer window.
Now Reports from Portugal, via Sport Witness, suggest that Arsenal is currently his most serious suitor. They have been keeping a close eye on him this season, which could lead to a formal offer at the end of the campaign, or maybe in the January window.
Arsenal have been signing players that have really improved the squad over the past few windows – the players that Arteta wants – he normally gets – so if he truly wants to sign Diomande – then we are sure that it will happen.
And to be honest – if the player fancies testing himself in the Premier League – then there are not many more better clubs to join right now than Arsenal, although it could see the man drop to the bench.
