Janarius Robinson, a free agent defensive end, joins the Kansas City Chiefs! With the Kansas City Chiefs acquiring another player in free agency from an AFC West foe, the NFL’s off-season movement continues. The Sports Trust Advisors agency said that Janarius Robinson, a former defensive lineman for the Las Vegas Raiders, reached an agreement with Kansas City on Friday.
Going into training camp, Steve Spagnuolo’s defense will have another pass-rushing player to bolster the defensive line. Robinson played in 10 games and started one in the 2024 season while spending the previous two seasons with Las Vegas. He recorded two quarterback hits, half a sack, and five tackles. The 25-year-old was selected in the fourth round of the 2021 NFL Draft by the Minnesota Vikings.
In 2022, he also played for a season with the Philadelphia Eagles. Throughout his professional career, Robinson, a former Florida State standout, has struggled with injuries. If he makes an impression on the coaching staff during camp and his career takes off, he might be a key member of the team.
