A Statement of Love and Respect: Bruins Organization Remembers Colby Cave’s Courage and Spirit
The Providence Bruins’ social media team of the American Hockey League took time today to recognize Colby Cave, as Thursday would have marked his 30th birthday.
The Bruins showed nothing but class, and some Bruins fans even took some time out of their day to say nice things about the late Colby Cave.
The cause of Colby’s death was a brain bleed. Cave had been hospitalized after sustaining a brain bleed and placed in a medically induced coma.
This all happened just four days after Cave went in for surgery to remove a cyst that putting pressure on his brain.
