Finally, baseball returns. No, not, like, February/March/April-style, but the layoff between the LCS and World Series sure felt rather long. Especially when you consider the attached hype. Tonight the Yankees kick things off in Los Angeles against the Dodgers, with Game One of the World Series starting at 7:08pm CT on FOX.
Major League Baseball couldn’t have asked for a better match-up for its marquee event, so now the pressure is on to use that power to great effect. There is an opportunity here to put the sport on display in a way that doesn’t come along very often.
