Building a safe parlay: Rams vs Seahawks

With the Seahawks (4-4) and Rams (3-4) just a half a game apart in the NFC West, Sunday’s game has plenty of division implications.

It also has betting implications for any NFL gamblers.

Here are four safe picks for a parlay in the Sunday afternoon matchup. A $10 bet with these picks would win $67.98:

Kyren Williams anytime touchdown (-190)

Kyren Williams has scored touchdowns in six of the Rams’ seven games. The only game he didn’t was last week against the Minnesota Vikings.

Williams has shown his prowess in goal-to-go situations, and he’ll find the end zone against the Seahawks.

Puka Nacua anytime touchdown (+160)

Second-year wideout Puka Nacua hasn’t scored in 2024 after a record-setting rookie year.

Nacua went to injured reserve after suffering a knee injury in Week 1, and he returned in Week 8. The wide receiver logged 106 yards in the Week 8 win against the Vikings, but he didn’t score.

Nacua is itching to find the end zone again, and he’ll do so against a Seattle secondary that has struggled lately.

Matthew Stafford 225+ yards (-180)

With Seattle’s defensive struggles — and Nacua and Cooper Kupp both healthy — Matthew Stafford will play well on Sunday.

In his first game with Nacua and Kupp returning from injury last week, Stafford threw for a season-high 279 yards. While Williams will get his fair share of touches, much of Los Angeles’ offense will go through the air, and Stafford will surpass 225 yards.

Los Angeles Rams moneyline (-120)

The Seahawks took one step forward in their Week 7 win against the Falcons. But last week was two steps in the wrong direction.

Seattle fell 31-10 at home to the Bills. Geno Smith struggled to move the offense, and the Seahawks couldn’t stop Buffalo’s Josh Allen-led offense.

This game is a must-win for the Rams, who are in last place in the NFC West. They’ll win this game to reach .500.
