£55 million offer submitted for £500k-a-week demanding star Arsenal interested in signing!
Saudi Pro League club Al Ahli have submitted an initial £55m bid to Napoli for Victor Osimhen, despite the many reports which have claimed that Arsenal are still interested in signing the big Nigerian star.
Osimhen has been linked to ARSENAL all summer long – he is a man that many of that fans would love to see arrive at the club and is a striker that would probably see Gabriel Jesus and Kai Havertz sit on the bench every week.
However – clubs are not willing to meet his massive £500,000-a-week wages demands and that has allowed clubs from the middle east to show an interest in the big Nigerian star.
It is understood the Italian club are willing to let the Nigerian go but Osimhen is not thought to be overly keen at this stage to move to the Saudi Pro League, but According to Fabrizio Romano, the striker will consider his options ahead of Friday’s deadline day.
Al Ahli have submitted an initial £55m bid to Napoli for the big striker – a player that they are keen to offload.
Reporter Iomie Stanley has had his say on the potential deal for Osimhen, he told icfootballnews: ‘Look, if Osimhen wants to go where the money is then a move to the middle east is the place where his dreams will come true.
‘He will get some crazy money to play in front of 500 fans on a weekly basis, football is not the biggest thing in Saudi Arabia but the money is great.
‘If he wants a real challenge, test himself in the best League in world football and see if he can handle the pressure of playing in the England top-flight, a move to the Premier League is one he should make.”
