Linebacker Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah, the Browns’ leader in tackles so far this season and Pro Bowl selection last year, was carted off the field after taking a big hit from Ravens running back Derrick Henry.

The Browns had a 20-17 lead late in the third quarter of Sunday’s game, but the Ravens had the ball as they looked to tie it or take the lead.
On a 2nd-and-22, Henry got the ball and ran it up the middle, where he met Owusu-Koramoah. As Henry lowered his shoulder into the linebacker, Owusu-Koramoah went down almost immediately.
As Owusu-Koramoah remained on the field, he had to leave the game on the cart. He was wearing the Guardian Cap helmet, as he had been throughout the season so far.
Owusu-Koramoah did pump his fists a little while laying on the cart. The loss of the linebacker could be a significant one for Cleveland, as he’s been one of the most effective players at his position in recent seasons.
