Week 13 Inactives: Cam Robinson gets green light, Ed Ingram a…

Minnesota Vikings offensive tackle Cam Robinson is officially active as the team prepares to face the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday afternoon.

Robinson played just nine snaps in last week’s win over the Chicago Bears but logged limited practices on Wednesday and Thursday before getting in a full practice and being listed as questionable on the final injury report.

The Vikings acquired Robinson in a trade with the Jacksonville Jaguars on Oct. 30, and Robinson has played well, posting a Pro Football Focus pass-blocking grade of 75.0. He has also allowed 12 quarterback pressures on 132 pass-blocking snaps, but six pressures came in a win over his former team on Nov. 10.

While Robinson will start, the Vikings will have backup David Quessenberry and offensive tackle Walter Rouse active for Sunday’s game in case he aggravates his injury.

With the need for an extra offensive tackle, the Vikings have made former starting guard Ed Ingram inactive for Sunday’s game. A second-round pick in the 2022 draft, Ingram was benched for Dalton Risner.

The rest of the Vikings’ inactive list includes safety Jay Ward, tight end Josh Oliver, defensive tackle Levi Drake Rodriguez, quarterback Brett Rypien, offensive guard Michael Jurgens and cornerback Dwight McGlothern.

The Cardinals will also get some reinforcements for Sunday’s game as defensive lineman Darius Robinson is set to make his NFL debut. The 27th overall pick in April’s NFL Draft, Robinson collected 8.5 sacks during his final season at Missouri but his debut has been delayed after suffering a calf injury last August.

The rest of the Cardinals inactives include tight end Travis Vokolek, wide receiver Xavier Weaver, offensive lineman Christian Jones, edge rusher Julian Okwara and defensive lineman Khyris Tonga.

The Vikings will host the Cardinals on Sunday with a noon kickoff at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.
